Entrepreneurial Strategic Planning (ESP) Program
The Entrepreneurial Strategic Planning (ESP) Program is an intensive nine-week series of business management classes provided by PCR's Entrepreneurial Training Institute (ETI) for the benefit of small business owners in Southern California. The ESP Program classes are designed specifically to provide a functional, "strategic plan of action" for operating any business successfully.

- Financial Literacy
- Developing Your Business Plan
- Recordkeeping and Accounting Principles
- Small Business Legal Issues

- Analyzing Financial Statements

- Financing Your Business
- Business Strategies and Projections
- Entrepreneurial Development
Class size is 15 to 20 participants. A certificate is awarded to each participant upon completion of the program.
