The Entrepreneurial Training Institute (ETI) was established by PCR to provide accurate and useful assistance to small business owners to help them become successful in the business community at large.
Through a highly professional training staff, it is ETI's expressed goal to educate and train entrepreneurs in business management, thereby affecting positive employment opportunities for the benefit of the state of California.
