  2. Business Acquisition (buyout)
    1. Information on acquisition
      1. Business history (including seller's name, reason for sale)

      3. Current profit and loss statement (not over 60 days old)
      4. Business financial statements (past three to five years)
      5. Federal income tax returns (past three to five years)
      6. Copy of sales agreement with breakdown of inventory, fixtures, equipment, licenses, goodwill and other assets included in the layout
